Refund policy

Due to the highly customized nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges UNLESS an error has been made on our end. (For example we made it to the wrong size, or the fabric is the wrong pattern, wrong width, etc.) However if you are ever dissatisfied with your order please contact me to see if there's anything I can do to help.
