If you order any ready to ship item with a made to order item it will not ship until the made to order item is complete. That turn around time should be listed in our shop banner towards the top of the page.

Collar Details: All of our collars are made with 100% cotton fabric (unless specified otherwise) that is then pre-washed and dried prior to construction. The fabric fully encases a polypropylene webbing which gives the collar it's strength. We stitch all our collars with dual duty polyester thread multiple times at all stress points. We've been making our collars this way since 2014.
Collar Care: I personally toss my collar in the washer on cold and lay it flat to dry or hang outside on a nice day (not in direct sun - this can cause fading)! If you have a collar with a lot of metal hardware it's recommended to place the collar in a garment bag (or tie inside a pillow case). If your collar seems wrinkled you can very carefully and quickly go over it with an iron on a low-medium setting (being very careful to avoid the hardware, especially if it's plastic). This is to be done carefully as you don't want to melt or warp the interior webbing!
Recycling Program: While we aim to build our collars to last, cotton fabric is not the strongest and simply just does not last forever, if you have a collar that is starting to show signs of aging or you find you just don't like the fabric anymore (whatever your reason may be), but you notice the hardware is still usable we do offer a recycling program! Simply send back your old beat up collar and receive a discount on a replacement collar.
